When it comes to investing, being a woman is no disadvantage. In fact, recent studies show women do slightly better than men as investors.
But if you haven’t made those kinds of decisions before, it can be intimidating.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your new role. And to understand that properly managed risk is your best path to long-term security.
During our initial conversation, I’ll take the time to get to know you as a person, and understand your unique situation and goals.
I’ll also be very open about how I work with you. Once we’re confident we have a good fit, the real work begins.
Investment Management Process
We’ll start by getting a clear picture of where you are now. We’ll look at your current investments. We’ll analyze how they’re performing and what kind of risk you’re exposed to.
We’ll also make sure to dig into how much you are currently paying in both upfront and “hidden” investment fees.
My team and I will analyze what we’ve found and make recommendations that make sense for you.
We’ll take into account your entire financial picture. This includes figuring out what a healthy risk tolerance looks like given where you’re at and where you want to go.
We’ll schedule regular quarterly meetings to assess and adjust your investment strategy and make sure you stay on track.
My goal is for you to be the “CEO of You,” acting as your Personal Chief Financial Officer.
Being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™TM and fee-only advisor means you don’t have to worry about conflicts of interest, I’m legally bound and morally obligated to provide advice and guidance that is always in your best interest.
Very early in my career, I made the conscious decision to work primarily with women. I’ve chosen this path because I recognized early on that women face unique challenges when it comes to preserving and growing their wealth.
There’s no need to feel overwhelmed if you have the right team.
If you have $500,000 in investments, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to explore working together.
